John D. Darko, President of Council Mr. Darko began his political service as a Second Ward Councilman on January 1, 1988. On August 21, 1996, he assumed the role of President of City Council. He is employed by Penn-Ohio Logistics LLC. He is a 1970 graduate of Hubbard High School.

Bonnie Viele , First Ward Councilwoman

Richard A. Perry, Second Ward Councilman Mr. Perry's term as Second Ward Councilman began January 1, 2006. He is the Chairperson of the Committee on Planning & Zoning.

Lisha A. Pompili-Baumiller, Third Ward Councilwoman Ms. Pompili-Baumiller began her public service for the City of Hubbard as Third Ward Councilperson on January 1, 2002. She is a Senior Account Officer at the Landmark Mortgage Services and resides in the City with husband Brian. She is a 1982 graduate of Hubbard High School. Her goal is to bring unity between elected officials and the community and to be the voice for the Third Ward.

Edward Palestro, Fourth Ward Councilman Mr. Palestro was reelected to a term as City Councilman beginning January 1, 2006. He served 12 years as City Councilman and 8 years as Service Director. Mr. Palestro is chairperson of the Committe for Streets & Sidewalks He is a 1946 graduate of Hubbard High School and owns Frank's Shoe Repair.

Patton Gilliland, Council-At-Large Mr. Gilliland previously served 14 years on City Council before being re-elected to the current term beginning January 2006. He is retired and wants to be actively involved with the building of a new police station and addressing current flooding problems. He is chairperson of the Finance Committee.

William J. Williams, Council-At-Large Mr. Williams' service as Councilman began on January 1, 1996. Since beginning his City Council career, Mr. Williams served as Chairperson of the Committee on Safety and currently serves as Chairperson of the Committee on Utilities. He is the President of Williams Machine Company and graduated from Hubbard High School in 1980.

Douglas Rohrer , Council-At-Large

Linda J. Clark, Council Clerk She became Clerk of Council on July 7, 1997. She is a 1967 graduate of Hubbard High School.
