An applicant who has received a conditional zoning certificate and has realized a producing well shall submit to the Director of Public Service copies of easements or options for easements for a pipeline where the pipeline will be crossing other property and shall also provide a copy of an agreement or option for a location for storage tanks, should there be a producing well.
