The Trumbull County Residential Building Code, as adopted in Section 1311.01, shall be administered and enforced by the City Inspector. All references in such Code to the County Building Inspector shall be interpreted to mean the City Inspector. All references in such Code to any other County official, legislative body, board or commission shall be interpreted to mean the appropriate City official, legislative body, board or commission responsible for exercising the comparable functions within the City.
