Adoption of the Trumbull County Residential Building Code referred to in Section 1311.01 shall serve the purpose of establishing a code for the City containing rules and regulations for the erection, construction, alteration, repair and maintenance of nonindustrialized one, two and three-family dwellings and their accessory buildings and private swimming pools, with such exceptions as are noted in Section 2.01 of such Code.
