(2) Whoever violates this subsection is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable by a fine not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) and/or imprisonment not to exceed ninety days.
(c) (1) No person shall use insulting, abusive, threatening, profane, or indecent language while in a park.
(2) Whoever violates this subsection is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, punishable by a fine not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and/or imprisonment not to exceed thirty days.
(d) (1) No person shall ride a bicycle, motorbike, moped, or skateboard on the basketball courts or tennis courts.
(2) Whoever violates this subsection is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(e) (1) All bicycles and motorbikes must be parked in bicycle racks or designated parking areas.
(2) Whoever violates this subsection is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(f) (1) No person in a park shall operate any motor vehicle in or on any portion of a park not designated as a park drive; nor shall any person park any motor vehicle in or on any other portion of a park not designated as a parking area. This rule does not apply to maintenance vehicles, safety vehicles or emergency vehicles.
(2) Whoever violates this subsection is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(g) (1) No person shall have in his/her possession while in a park or bring into a park or permit to enter a park any dog, cat or other animal.
(2) Whoever violates this subsection is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(h) (1) No person in a park shall possess, supply, sell, offer for sale, or be under the influence of intoxicating liquors, alcoholic beverages, or illegal drugs.
(2) Whoever violates this subsection may be charged with a violation or violations of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Hubbard, Ohio and/or the Ohio Revised Code, as appropriate.
