(a) The Records Commission shall continually maintain an inventory list of records in the City archive. The Commission shall periodically review said inventory list(s) for the purpose of determining which records may be removed from the inventory and destroyed.
(b) The Records Commission shall be responsible for establishing a records retention schedule and administrating such schedule according to the public records laws and provisions contained in Ohio Revised Code Chapter 149.
