(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 146.02(A) there is hereby established a Volunteer Firemen's Dependents Fund Board in and for the City whose composition shall be as provided in Ohio R.C. Chapter 146.

(b) Such Board may make rules and regulations necessary for the handling and processing of claims and shall perform such other duties as are necessary to carry out the provisions of Ohio R.C. Chapter 146.
