Effective March 1, 1983, the following shall be used as a formula for payment of salaries of City officials, Auditor's Assistant, Mayor's Secretary, Engineer and Service Director.
30% from the General Fund
20% from the Light Fund
20% from the Water Fund
15% from the Sewer Fund
15% from the Street Fund.
