Council provides that all public records shall, within reasonable time limits, be made available during regular business hours at the department responsible for the data. The person requesting the copy shall be entitled to one copy only of the data, no additional copies may be made using City equipment. A booklet outlining the copy policy shall be placed with all the City departments. A copy fee schedule will be available in each department capable of duplicating records. Such schedule shall be determined by the guidelines set out in Ohio R.C. 149.43, and shall be reviewed and adjusted annually by the Auditor's Office. The Auditor's Office shall set up procedures for the collection and accounting of copy fees collected by all City departments.
