The Fourth Ward shall have as its southern boundary the northern boundary of the First Ward. Such Ward shall have as its western boundary a line commencing at the center of the intersection of North Main Street and East Park Street; thence northerly along the centerline of North Main Street to the northern boundary of the City. Such Ward shall have as its northern and eastern boundaries the City limits in those directions.
