The Second Ward shall have as its eastern boundary a line commencing at the center of the intersection of Main Street and Liberty Street; thence southerly along the centerline of South Main Street to the southern boundary of the City. Such Ward shall have as its northern boundary a line commencing at the center of the intersection of Main Street and Liberty Street; thence westerly along the centerline of West Liberty Street and continuing along the centerline of State Route 304 or the Girard-Hubbard Road to the western boundary of the City. Such Ward shall have as its western and southern boundaries the City limits in those directions.
